Yes I do eat healthy some times. Actually I should be eating healthy all the time!😳
Everyone knows salad is the "go to diet food". Some like the
basic veggies selection of lettuce, green peppers tomatoes and cucumbers. Others (like myself) go the more interesting and yummy options with extra good
stuff. For a change of the norm we tend to include meats, nuts, fruits or salad dressings.😋
Salads add balance to my diet and vibrancy to my plate! Yes a nice choice of salad with
the right stuff is not only tasty, but it brightens up your plate and makes your meal
look so appealing and yummy.
I tend to eat salads for lunch on Fridays because my Friday nights sometimes end up being unhealthy with the consumption of fast foods, so with this strategy I feel like I didn't do too badly, but honestly, who am I really fooling. 😂

Definitely a go to meal when changing your diet but with the right extras salad can easily become a regular option. I love to add nuts, seeds or croutons for crunch. Sometimes I switch it up and add fruits.
